Returns & Exchange

 

We sincerely hope you enjoy your Etzu item, but we understand that sometimes customers change their minds. Please read our policies below before placing your order to ensure there are no surprises with processing any changes, cancellations, or returns.

Changes and Cancellations

If you wish to modify a confirmed order, please write to us at [email protected]. within 24 hours from the receipt of your order confirmation email. Our representatives will be happy to assist you!

Return Policy

We accept returns of all our merchandise within 7 days from the date of order delivery (as recorded by the shipping provider), and they must be in their original and resalable condition.

The items being returned must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered with all tags intact. In the event of the returned merchandise not meeting the required conditions, we reserve the right to withhold credit note.

Returning Non-Customized Clothing

Credit note will be provided for returns with the validity of 6 months.

Returning Customized Clothing

No return policy. In case of measurement variation or damaged product received, product exchange will be allowed.

Charges for Returning Garments to Our Return Centers

There is no charge on returning garment.

In Case of Damage

Any product that has been hampered or damaged while transportation must be notified by email within 48 hours of the product being delivered and returned to our warehouse, else ETZU will not be liable to accept the merchandise. We will investigate the damage from our end , repair the merchandise and courier it back to the designated address.

ETZU acknowledges return of products only limited to direct sale between vendor and consumer. This only entails sale online, and not through retail outlets.

Note: Since most of items are make to order, for which we accept only exchanges, refund is not applicable. We give credit note of 6 months Validity.
RETURNS/ EXCHANGE PROCESS

Preparing your return – Please initiate your returns online through the following steps:

  • Sign in to www.etzu.in and scroll through your name in the top right.
  • Go to “My Orders” and scroll down to the order you would like to return. Click on “RETURN/ EXCHANGE” in the top right corner to raise a request for that order.
  • Select the products you would like to return/ exchange on the next screen along with the reason and upload image. This will help us serve you better in the future.
  • Click on “Proceed” to successfully raise your Return Authorization Request (RAR). Print the request and include it in your return package. If you are unable to print it out, please write the following information from the Returns Authorization Request screen on a sheet of paper and include that in your returns package:
